Glen Gerardy 's office has a great staff and are always extremely helpful. Denise is always great to deal with along with everyone in the office. We winter in a different state where I have to deal with a different State Farm office . That office is not as friendly and helpful. I always have to leave a voice mail and a few hours they call back. That office always want you to do everything online. Glen Gerardy 's office has great customer service.

Delilah is great. Over the last couple weeks Delilah has went above and beyond assisting me with several challenges on my home and auto policies.She is very thorough and presented multiple options with the information needed to make an educated decision. Delilah is cheerful, polite and eager to help, she helped me with a frustrating situation and was able to resolve it in a just few days. She worked diligently behind the scenes to make these changes seamless and I appreciate all of her help. Glen and his agency do an excellent job! I highly recommend them.
